Not in FreePM.  The client browser determines the default size
and here are places in FreePM where headers are defined or
relative sizes are defined.  I think you will find it displays
best in 1024x768.

You can access it via http://<myhostname>:8080/FreePM you can see
the HOSTNAME displayed as it starts i the DOS Window.  You can
change the port to the default port 80 in the Zope startup file. 
Instructions for doing so are included with Zope.  Then you can
enter http://<myhostname>/FreePM
