Yes it is. > We do not see any recent updates > and it appears to be out of date with respect to zope and python. There is a beta #6 almost ready for distribution that is a result of our intense testing. This will likely become version 1.0 The reason for not keeping up with the Zope/Python cycle is a resource vs. benefit issue. We opted to wait for the Zope 2.5.x and skip 2.4 completely. The differences are rather significant and would have been a huge resource sink to attempt to track 2.4.x So, our move to Python 2.x is with Zope 2.5.x and to us makes more sense. FreePM 1.0 will be based on Zope 2.3.x and in about 3 months (when Zope 2.5.x is stable and we have completed testing on this new version) we will skip to FreePM version 2.0. Originally FreePM 2.0 was going going to be the new GEHR version but that has pushed back to probably a FreePM version 3.0 because of the recent developments in the standardization of GEHR (which is a good thing!). So, if you are looking at the fact that we don't push out new versions as often as some open source projects then you are correct. Especially at this stage. But remember that we are also growing a support business along the way. If you are interested in our VAR program we will gladly add you to the list to receive that information and look forward to your feedback on it as well.
