I am forwarding this to the list. I don't know what the problem
is off the top of my head.
I assume that your user 'vadi' has the 'Manager ' role?
Maybe someone else recognizes this?

hi tim ,
I'am not able to edit them by logging in as
manager and owner with userid = vadi and passwd into
the Zope Mangement Interface. when I click on the save
changes the site error shows this msg " You are not
authorised to change , check the proxy settings, and
when I check the proxy settings tab , manager and
owner is already been checked. So what could be
problem with the ZMI . I'am not able to edit onli
certain modules where as rest are editable. Ceratain
modules in the sense , start_html_header and
inder_html in , http://localhost:8080/FreePM/manage.
So please do reply me with solution.
