http://harmony.ruhr.de appears to have been replaced with
a generic web page unrelated to the Harmony project. There is a
mirror of that site's contents at
ftp://ftp.yggdrasil.com/web-mirrors/site/harmony.ruhr.de/, which
has things like their old download directory.
