"Works" = radwho now produces output, whereas before I put in the symlink, radwho
produced no output.
I had to create the /var/log/radius directory, then in that directory I created radutmp
-> /var/log/radutmp
The radius server was always creating the /var/log/radutmp file, but radwho couldn't
find it.
Radwho was looking in the wrong place /var/log/radius/radutmp
