Hi,all, I use freeradius snapshot + oracle database. I know if I use PPP CHAP , I must put the user password in cleartext in the database. But I donot want to let the database administrator know the user's password, so if I use PPP PAP, can I put encoded password in database, what arithmetic does freeradius support, what arithmetic should I use to encode password, md5? Thanks in advance.
