Joe, In general, you need to insert the necessary group table, radcheck, and radreply entries, either manually or through a management program (like Optigold, or a home-brew script). As for migration, take a look at http://users.2z.net/rpuhek/scripts_public/radius/users2mysql.pl for a possible migration path.
