freeradius-0.8 and md5

I have compiled freeradius with:       ./configure --disable-shared     make     make install   but when eapmd5 starts show this:       rlm_eap: Failed to link EAP-Type/md5: file not found     radiusd.conf[572]: eap: Module instantiation failed.   Somebody can help me???
