  From what I can tell of looking at the EAP-Messages going back and
forth, the AP is not sending an EAP-Notification.  So that message
might be wrong, but the server appears to be OK.

  It's sending EAP-Identity requests.  The server is responding with
a challenge, and the client is ignoring it, and re-sending the
request.

  I'll bet money that the problem is that the server is sending the
request from an IP the client didn't expect.  So he's got to set the
'bind_address' directive in his radiusd.conf.

  The first line is wrong.  The third line is correct.

  It's a debugging message, there for debugging purposes.  I'll take a
look, but I would rather have MORE information than less.
