block the radius ports and see if your nas gets to your freeradius. is this the test you have in mind? but perhaps a packet generator would be more fitting for this task... or do you want to configure some client via radius to do ip filtering? than you should consult the documentation of your nas equipment which attributes are used for this purpose...
