Alan:

Thanks for your help. I looked at the Makefile, and it appeared the the
fix had already been put in the file (the -D fix). I changed it to
include the kerberos directory, and it still didn't work.

To document the solution on this list, I noticed that the Makefile had
no target defined, perhaps because configure didn't complete normally. I
defined the target in the Makefile as "rlm_eap_tls" (without the
quotes). The make then ran normally and compiled successfully. The
radius system was then able to come up.

I've only tested the internal test account; I'm setting up a lab to work
on 802.1x, so I'll learn more about how it works soon.

Again, thanks!

Reply-To: [EMAIL PROTECTED]

Hello,
I use Freeradius 0.9.0 / CVS-Snapshot.

Sometimes I see in radius.log:
Error: rlm_sql: Stop packet with zero session length. (user 'user', nas

'XXX.XX.XX.XX')

In mysql database I have two records:

Record #1: (Start record)
AcctSessionId: 10623161861479
AcctStartTime: 2003-08-31 10:46:19
AcctStopTime: 0000-00-00 00:00:00

Record #2: (Stop record)
AcctSessionId: 61861479
AcctStartTime: 0000-00-00 00:00:00
AcctStopTime: 2003-08-31 11:05:33

We can see AcctSessionId from the stop record is the part of the start
record.

With best regards,
Svetlana

I have something similar which is not working either
DEFAULT Hint !* "", Auth-Type := "Reject"
       Fall-Through = No

And this does not match.

So has their been any change on this? Where can I find this code
anyways?

People have done this. To a certain extent, AD is just another LDAP
server.

Not with CHAP. AD doesn't allow you to look at the users clear-text
passwords, so CHAP is impossible.

Yet, somehow, IAS does CHAP against AD. Is anyone willing to bet
*against* the idea that Microsoft has one API for customers, and
another, better API for themselves?
