Intro to freeradius

[Radius]

Hi all,   FreeRadius is new to me. I am looking for an brief introduction doc for freeradius that highlights what those files in /etc/raddb do for radiusd (eg,  dictionary, mysql.conf .....), while I am buying the radius book from O'Reilly.   These days I have been trying to figure out what the following data from /var/log/radacct means for accounting, but do not make too much progress.
