The most recent manual available (from Dec. 2002) states the following: Caution: Free RADIUS, the Ascend RADIUS server, is not supported after the TAOS 7.0.0 release and is not recommended for use with an APX unit. The free-RADIUS dictionary is not RFC compliant, nor does it provide vendor-specific attribute (VSA) support.
Are they talking about a different freeradius? If it's the same one, it seems those issues have been dealt with in subsequent versions. Does anyone know more?
