You have to generate a certificat for your raduis server. For detail read : <freeradius-sources-path>/doc/rlm_eap http://rbirri.9online.fr/howto/Freeradius_+_TTLS.html
For the login and password, there are store in users file like this : (Note : don't use Auth-Type) username User-Password == "whatever"
