hi alan, thanx for u're reply... 1.i have tried the crypt,md5 and sha1 options present in the pap module in modules{}section. the problem is for all the 3 i check with the same encrypted form of "password" as my password. i get access-accept for all. this i got from the mailing list from jan 2004. http://lists.cistron.nl/pipermail/freeradius-users/2004-January/027125.html
