avaya dictionary file

I’m trying to set up a P334T AVAYA switch so it can use radius authentication. Looking at the /etc/raddb I don’t see a dictionary file for the AVAYA brand. I see dictionary.cisco and some other factory hardware. Where can I get the dictionary.avaya ? DO I need it so the switch can understand what is being sent ?   Thanks Eric Echeverri Network Engineer
