rlm_sql_postgresql module

did this earlier but don't remember now how to link the subj. to the 
freeradius. Can anyone suggest  how to do it?
These messages appeared when starting radiusd in debugging mode:

rlm_sql (sql): Could not link driver rlm_sql_postgresql: file not found
E> rlm_sql (sql): Make sure it (and all its dependent libraries!) are in
E> the search path of your system's ld.
E> radiusd.conf[11]: sql: Module instantiation failed.
