Install questions

I think I finally installed freeradius 1.0.0.  After I ran 'make install', I 
am supposed to edit etc/raddb/radiusd.conf.  However, there is no raddb folder 
in etc.  There is a raddb folder in usr/local/etc.  But there is no 
radiusd.conf there.  Is this all wrong?
