Error Connect Remote backend Database Mysql

Hi,   I try to connect freeradius on remote backend  database on mysql server Win XP Pro.   I've this message:   rlm-sql-mysql: Couldn't connect socket to mysql server [EMAIL PROTECTED]:radius rlm-sql-mysql:Mysql error 'Client' does not support authentification protocol request by server; consider upgrading MySQL client rlm-sql (sql): Failed to connect DB handle #0   Could you help me?   Thanks.   Stéphane
