Discarding new Request

I have a problem where the freeradius server that I’m running is is slow responding and I have a bunch of these errors in the radius.log   “discarding new request from client nas1.test.net  due to live request”   Does anyone know why?     Thanx Cris       --- Outgoing mail is certified Virus Free.
