Is there to way to tell proxy radius to contact directly the secobndary if the primary is dead instead of doing a second request with rad test ??
No, that's the way it's implemented. And I guess there's a reason for it, but I wouldn't know what it is.
Of course, editing the source code is also possible, but I doubt you want to do that.
