Sorry. Yes, FreeRADIUS 1.1.0 doesn't exist per se, I meant the head branch of CVS. You should be able to just grab it from CVS or a snapshot, and dpkg-buildpackage -us -uc -rfakeroot -b and get a whole bunch of packages out.
