Thanks Oliver, your Tip was the right way. No i export my cert as pkcs12 and than i convert it as .pem with openssl. After that i got a file that looks more like this i got with the CA.all script. The new certs are working very fine on FreeRadius an an XP Client over an Bintec x2250 WLAN Router
