In the /doc directory, there is RADIUS-LDAPv3.schema. This has a radiusprofile objectclass. Its an auxilliary objectclass so you will need to either use another structural objectclass (such as person) or modify it. - List info/subscribe/unsubscribe? See http://www.freeradius.org/list/users.html
