I have run the server in debug mode and it does not state any
problems..furthermore..as I stated the server itself is running
flawlessly...hm...however I found out what the problem is and it is
not related to radiuserver it is related to the radiusclient...

And in all of this you are carefully avoiding the one tool that
will help you solve the problem: running the server in debugging mode.
