The supplicant is the PC client. That's odd. If you really have entered a username on the supplicant, the NAS *MUST* put that into the RADIUS packet. So there's two possibilities: - the supplicant software on the PC has a bug and doesn't actually send it even though you have entered it (which supplicant are you using?) - the NAS (AP) is flawed. Unfortunately I have no experience with Enterasys.
