  No.  You can have multiple instances of the EAP module, just like
anything else:

  eap foo {
        ...
  }

  eap bar {
        ...
  }

  Configure two different eap modules.  Then refer to "foo" or "bar",
and not 'eap".  The problem will solve itself.
