Perhaps you could explain why this is a problem, and what you would like me to do about it. Again... it's only a *DEFAULT* configuration. It is not meant to use used when you upgrade from one version to another. If you want to enable SQL, you already have to un-comment the various "sql" entries in raddb/sites-enabled/default, and raddb/sites-enabled/inner-tunnel.
