There is documentation that describes what to do if FreeRadius crashes. Look in the file doc/bugs in the distribution and it gives specific instructions for using gdb to produce information about the crash. Also, is "2.1.1-6" really the version printed by the "radiusd -v" command? - List info/subscribe/unsubscribe? See http://www.freeradius.org/list/users.html
