It's a very straight forward process.

I have a document that I've actually written as a Standard Operating Procedure 
to help our IT Department.  It includes everything on how to get the FreeRadius 
server running with NTLM_AUTH but it's tailored to CentOS 6.  If you can wait 
half a day or so, I would be happy to tweak it to Ubuntu 12, as I'm in the 
process of converting all of our FreeRadius servers to Ubuntu 12.

Have you installed and configured FreeRadius before?
