I have installed the Freeradius on Ubuntu; restarted the server using this guideline ( http://www.mydeveloperblog.com/linux-tutorial/radius/radius-servers-installation-guide-freeradius-ubuntu-mysql/): I have edited the user, clients and radius config files as requested.
