As I said, see the switch documentation. FreeRADIUS *receives* accounting packets. It doesn't *create* them. if you want to receive data in an accounting packet, look at the system which is creating them. Your question is like asking your ISP why you aren't receiving email from your friend John. Well... go ask John why he isn't sending any email. It's not your ISP's problem.
