OK I found the information on the documentation:

This stands for FileNamesInformation, which should be easily 
implemented. I will try to make a patch when I get a chance and let you 
test.

I think it really depends on the server implementation. Maybe sometimes 
the server does not need this info class so it won't screw the channel. 
It's also interesting that it seems only win2008r2 use it. I never see 
it in win7 otherwise I must have implemented much earlier.
