As the description says, it consists mostly of refactoring and cleanup. I
have also added a command-line option to select between the X11-based and
the libgdi-based GDI implementations in xfreerdp. I have added a similar
option in the DirectFB UI, but the DirectFB-specific implementation is
currently missing. One could implement it much faster now since you
basically need to look at the equivalent function in libgdi and do the same
using DirectFB. I think Howard wanted to work on making a better DirectFB
port, this prepares the ground for such improvements to be cleanly
integrated.
