Vic, is this research done using wireshark of real rdp data? The reason I'm
asking is I know that there is Cache Bitmap rev3 order that allows you to
specify codec the image is encoded with and send data encoded with rfx
codec. Is Microsoft using that option at all?

It seems like in some cases using GDI orders would be more efficient then
sending another portion of encoded tiles over the wire.
