Hello,
I'm having an intermittent sound issue with FreeRDP and was hoping for some
help (or instructions on how to file a bug report)
We're using HP Thin Clients (t5565) that runs Ubuntu 10.04. FreeRDP 1.0.1 has
been compiled on the thin client itself.
We have two 2008 R2 terminal servers that use session brokering.
I am using the following command
xfreerdp -f -d <domain> --plugin rdpdr --data disk:Z:/media --
--plugin rdpsnd -data alsa -- --sec tls -rfx -composition --gdi hw <session
broker dns name>
As long as I am not "redirected" by the session broker, sound works great. Or
to be more accurate, if I see
Connected to <name>:3389
Everything works great. However, if I see
Connected to <name>:3389
Connected to <IP redirected to>:3389
Then sound will not function (redirected drive still works however).
If anyone could point me in the right direction I'd greatly appreciate it!
Please let me know if there's any additional information I can provide to help
narrow this down.
Thanks
Will Twomey
