Try /v:fe80::c08f:b6c1:772d:f989%enp9s0:3389, or use a hostname instead of 
fe80::c08f:b6c1:772d:f989%enp9s0.  I think it is attempting to parse out a 
port number and coming up with f989%enp9s0 as the result of that port number.
