Dear FS experts, I have a question to you:
After I defined a ROI in the brain and saved the overlay file in .nii format (the raw data is also .nii format), the ROI would be turned 180 degrees and displayed in contralateral hemisphere when I re-open the overlay file. Thus the measurement results would be wrong. Could you please tell me how to fix it?
