Hi, I'm trying to use recon-all on subjects between 3-12 years old, but I'm getting bad results as you can see from the image I attached, these subject in particular is 3 years. It seems like it is unable to distinguish well the borders of grey and white matter also if by looking at the structural images the contrast is quite good. Do you have any idea or suggestion on why I'm having these issues? Can you point out the exact points where I can look to find the error? I guess you'll need the entire recon-all, I can send it off if you wish. Thanks in advance,
