Dear FreeSurfer staff, I'd like to use FS-FAST but I have some difficulties.I have 3 runs of resting state. 1-Which is the more correct way to concatenate these runs?2-Is this data hierarchy corrected? $FUNCIONAL_DATA (i.e. project) ---> Subj1 (i.e. Sess01) --->rest (i.e. bold) + txt file ---> f.nii (i.e. the file containing the 3 runs of rest) Thanks in advance.
