Hi Freesurfer experts, I want to have all the label files extracted from the annotation file base on Destrieux atlas. I used the command mri_annotaion2label to do this. The result is just 75 labels. Are these all the regions included in annotation file? Can you let me know how I can access to all the regions (structure name) contained in annotation file?
