Dear all, I’ve found out what the problem was; it was to do with the switching from Matlab R2012b runtime to R2014b. I’ll fix this as soon as possible and let you know. Apologies for all the inconvenience this might have caused. Cheers, /Eugenio

However, when I run my script I receive the following error — error while loading shared libraries: libmwlaunchermain.so: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory I checked with our cluster administrator, and we do have the Matlab R2012 runtime installed. Does anyone have any insight into what could be causing this error? I’ve attached my full output as well as my script in case that’s any help! Thanks, Emily K. Clarke Duke University
