I had recently tried downloading this patch: https://surfer.nmr.mgh.harvard.edu/pub/dist/freesurfer/6.0.0-patch/ as I was equally having issues with make_average_subject and had found this forum post: https://www.mail-archive.com/freesurfer@nmr.mgh.harvard.edu/msg57023.html Not sure if the problem might then be with mri_surfcluster.bin ?
