External Email - Use Caution Dear freesurfer team,
I have been having a problem running freesurfer on one computer. The same commands and data work fine on other machines. The error message is: nu_correct: crashed while running nu_estimate_np_and_em (termination status=512) Looking through the message board, others have had a similar problem. I have tried many of the suggestions offered without success. Note that I have the problem using freesurfer-6.0.0 as well as freesurfer-5.3.3-HCP Information on the error messages, OS and some of the things I have tried are described below.
