I uesd the ''recon-all command'' to get the volumes of the hippocampal subfields, and we would like to perform further analysis with these subfields in MNI. Could you show us the templates which are used to perform hippocampal segmentation (CA1, CA3, HATA, etc.)? Best wishes, Wu
