External Email - Use Caution

Try using $ instead of # to tell the linux shell to expand an environment
variable, e.g., here to the path of where freesurfer was installed.
echo $FREESURFER_HOME<output will be path to where installed>
  source $FREESURFER_HOME/SetUpFreeSurfer.sh
