Humm, ok i normally use Gentoo as my development platform, though most of my
servers run CentOS. Both have different default versions for different
software but i never observed much of compatibility issues.

Anyways, let me check default CentOS doxygen version and build configuration
file for it, assuming CentOS as our (FreeSWITCH's) official OS?
