Did you check http://wiki.freeswitch.org/wiki/Mod_rss ?
"The rss subdirectory paths are relative to the Freesitch base directory (e.g. /opt/freeswitch). Below is a sample javascript that'll populate the rss files above. *Make sure you create this directory and assign proper rights to the Freeswitch user account.* " You need to create the files from that wiki page.
