You're missing some key information to help us answer your question. First off we will need to know the SVN rev, Then you might want to press F8 and check out the debug log. Chances are it'll tell you exactly why. What concerns me is the fact that a .local domain is in there. I wonder if maybe it can't resolve this at some point... again just me guessing here. Please crank up the debug and lets see if we can see any details in that log.
