Now I feel stupid because I didn't read your original post closely enough. You've defined your "mysocket" extension in the "public" context but when you do an origination with sofia/internal/f...@bar it will use the "default" context. I think the quickest way to handle this is to create a copy of your mysocket.xml file and put it in conf/dialplan/default/ and be done with it.
